IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON OUR BOOKING PROCESS:

Treatments and consultations are strictly by appointment only.

Absolutely NO walk-ins under any circumstances. Any bookings made without prior contact will be cancelled.

HOW TO BOOK:

STEP 1) 
 Contact Skin Fade via Instagram, Facebookemail or the 'Contact Us' form to first discuss the tattoo(s) you are looking to remove. 
We only ever work with clients we feel a rapport with and with tattoos we feel we can achieve amazing results. 
Please remember to include a photo of the tattoo(s). 

STEP 2)  
We will provide you with a rough guide price per session and will give you our honest and professional opinion on the removal. 

STEP 3) 
We will send you a link to our pre-consultation form to complete. This is designed to assess if you are eligible for laser tattoo removal treatment based on your circumstances and medical history. 

STEP 4) 
If there are no concerns with the answers on your pre-consultation form, we will arrange a suitable date and time for your in-person consultation and patch test which requires a booking deposit. A link will be sent to you for this to be paid.

STEP 5)
At the in-person consultation we will go through the entire process from start to finish. I will cover the treatment and what to expect, the extremely important aftercare to be followed and the machine and how tattoo removal works. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions and talk about your tattoo removal expectations before finally performing a small patch test.

When making a booking you accept the following booking conditions:

Booking Conditions:

• If booking a consultation/patch test I confirm I have already contacted Skin Fade by email/Instagram/Facebook to discuss a removal

• I understand there is a charge of £15 for the consultation/patch test which will be deducted from the cost of my first treatment session

• If I do not book in for an appointment within 3 months of my consultation date then I accept that this fee will be forfeited

• I acknowledge that I will be asked to pay a deposit to secure any future bookings

• I accept that if I am unable to attend an appointment that I must provide at least 4 hours' notice for my booking to be re-scheduled or my booking deposit will be forfeited 

• I accept that if I provide less than 4 hours' cancellation notice my deposit will be forfeited and re-booking will require a new deposit.

• I understand that Skin Fade adopts a 1-strike policy and I therefore accept that if I do not provide any cancellation notice/make contact and do not attend an appointment, re-booking will be refused

• I understand that all bookings are subject to internal acceptance by Skin Fade
